    National Retail Properties announced its quarterly dividend of 38.5 cents per share, an increase of about 1% over its prior dividend in April of 38 cents. The dividend will be payable August 15, 2011 to common shareholders of record on July 29, 2011. The dividend represents an annualized rate of $1.54 per share and marks the twenty-second consecutive year National Retail Properties has paid increased annual dividends per share.

    Shares are higher by about six tenths of a percent.

    In other dividend news, Occidental Petroleum Corporation maintained its quarterly dividend of 46 cents per share. DU Pont maintained its quarterly dividend of 41 cents per share. Colgate Palmolive Company maintained its quarterly dividend of 58 cents per share. E

    Among dividend increases, Enterprise Products Partners L announced its quarterly dividend of 60.5 cents per share, an increase of about 1% over its prior dividend in April of 59.8 cents.

    Among dividend reductions, Dorchester Minerals Limited Partnership () announced its quarterly dividend of 41.7027 cents per share, a decrease of about 2% from its prior dividend in April of 42.7 cents.
