    David Kristjanson, PMP Joins Sweetwater Construction Corp., a NJ-based Construction Managment and General Contracting Firm, As Director Of Business Development

    As director of business development, Mr. Kristjanson will further the growth of Sweetwater by cultivating relationships with new clients in all markets, as well as maintaining and nurturing existing relationships. As a member of the management team, he will participate in the strategic planning process, implement special programs to attract new business and create novel ways to promote and strengthen the Sweetwater brand. Dave will also act as a client advocate on Sweetwater projects, promoting open and effective team communication.

    Kristjanson is a senior level executive with 25 years of successful experience working with pharmaceutical, real estate, construction management, and engineering companies throughout the United States. He has held positions of increasing responsibility from field superintendent to senior level management positions and entrepreneur. Dave has directed all phases of large and small, complex, multi-million dollar construction projects. He has successfully started new businesses and demonstrated continuous revenue growth in the construction, nutraceutical, and project management arenas. Dave has 16 years of pharmaceutical experience, most recently with Alpharma Pharmaceuticals, a specialty pharmaceuticals company where he was Head of Engineering.

    Kristjanson obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The College of New Jersey, and a Building Construction Management certificate from New York University. He is a Certified Professional Project Manager (PMP).
