Deadline Studio @ Tribeca Film Festival Day Two: Olivia Wilde, Dakota Fanning, Theo James And More
Day Two at the Deadline Studio at the Tribeca Film Festival started off with a visit from Olivia Wilde, Giovanni Ribisi, Ty Simpkins and director Reed Morano of the family drama Meadowland, quickly followed by Nick Sandow (this time in the director’s seat) and Vincent Piazza, who are promoting their mob pic, The Wannabe, which is executive produced by Martin Scorsese.
Photographer Drew Wiedemann had a full slate today, especially when the cast and crew of Emelie arrived. Sarah Bolger and director Michael Thelin were joined by three lively tykes from the film, as well as Susan Pourfar and Chris Beetem (and Sarah’s cute pooch). The always interesting Tim Blake Nelson came by for photos and an interview with Deadline’s Anthony D’Alessandro to discuss his fest film Anesthesia, which he wrote, directed and stars in.
Things remained busy in the afternoon with the stars, director and producer behind hot doc Autism In Love. Speaking of documentaries, Live From New York! director Bao Nguyen and producers J.L. Pomeroy and Tom Broecker also stopped by. Franny stars Theo James and Dakota Fanning, as well as director Andrew Renzi, posed for a few pics ahead of their film’s premiere tonight. Lastly, we ended—in rapid succession—with the large crew from Shut Up And Drive; As I Am director Kevin Kerslake and producers Robert Bruce, Joel Marcus and Dan Franklin; Chris Zylka, R.J. Mitte and their Dixieland director/writer Hank Bedford; and Fastball director Jonathan Hock. More pics and coverage to come tomorrow!
