    Traditionally, vendor training has been a valuable option to only the largest, substantially funded manufacturing or systems integration companies. “Because the capital and administrative costs can be considerable, many companies do not have the budget or man power to support an in-house vendor training department,” said Robert Hart, co-founder of Hartridge Technologies. “We’re excited that our service will fill this need and will prove to be a great benefit to companies who would like to offer quality training programs for the products that they sell to their customers or integrators, but simply don’t have the resources available to implement these programs on a full time basis. There are hundreds of organizations competing in the marketplace that offer professional training courses on everything from business development to technical theory, such as RF fundamentals or computer programming,” Mr. Hart continued, “The difference between all of those other generalized course providers and the training offered by Hartridge Technologies, is that Hartridge is unique in that we not only incorporate these fundamentals in our curriculum, but we also work directly with the manufacturer, integrator, or VAR to develop a comprehensive vendor training type program based specifically on their product.”
