    Digital Marketing Agency ACOC Introduces Director of Hotel Brand Program Management

    A Couple of Chicks e-Marketing appoints Stephanie Chiquette to support hotels in managing hotel brand online marketing programs

    Digital marketing agency A Couple of Chicks e-Marketing announces the appointment of hotel online marketing specialist Stephanie Chiquette as Director of Brand Program Management. The 3 year veteran of ACOC e-Marketing brings over 20 years of hotel marketing experience to support the growing portfolio of hotels who have chosen ACOC to manage their online marketing initiatives from analytics to search engine marketing to mobile and social media strategies.

    “As we move into 2012 we are very proud of the over 650 hotels across 9 major brands that we support with management of online marketing strategies” says Patricia Brusha, Co-Founder of A Couple of Chicks e-Marketing and Online Revealed. “Stephanie’s appointment is very timely to ensure the solid relationships we have developed over the past 7 years in business providing hotel online marketing strategies and working in coordination with hotel management groups, and brands including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Marriott Internationals, Delta Hotels & Resorts, Carlson Hotels, Travelodge Canada, Best Western International and InterContinental Hotels Group.”

    Chiquette’s role in managing ACOC’s brand programs also will include assisting hotels with compliance of the ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) requirements for online room descriptions and reservations to be completed by March 15, 2012, a significant project for all hotel brands. Additionally, A Couple of Chicks e-Marketing is preparing for the Canadian disability requirements that are expected to mirror the US updates in the very short term.

    “The reason we engaged with ACOC was to manage the enhancement, changes and complexity of the brand e-commerce programs including social media strategy.” said Gerry Chase, COO of New Castle Hotels and Resorts, a longer term ACOC client with a portfolio of 30 properties. ” We recognized that hotels need to focus on this area as it is developing so quickly.”

    He further noted, “New Castle Hotels and Resorts needs to continue to advance where we are now, understand the brands vision for e-commerce as it moves forward over the next couple of years, and bridge the gap so we can stay on top."

    A Couple of Chicks e-Marketing also produces Canada’s leading online travel and tourism marketing conference Online Revealed Canada, which will be held in Toronto for the 7th year at the Sheraton Centre Toronto March 5-7. The conference is produced in conjunction with the Hotel Association of Canada conference (HAC) and the 2nd annual Canadian Tourism Marketing Summit.
