Disney World in Orlando, Fla., is a popular tourist destination. Fantasyland

Disney Vacation Club Resort
The Orlando Sentinel is reporting a new Disney Vacation Club resort will be built near the current Grand Floridian Resort. The new construction will add 147 exclusively time-share rooms, according to the article. In addition, the new area of the resort will include a children's water play area and traditional amenities Grand Floridian guests have come to appreciate.
Richard Petty Driving Experience
Not to be outdone by other attractions near the theme parks, the Richard Petty Driving Experience is adding exotic cars like Ferraris and Lamborghinis for interested enthusiasts to take a spin around the track reports Passporter.com. Folks looking to drive an exotic car will need only plunk down $100 to $400 for the experiences.
A New Four Seasons Resort
The Disney Parks Blog reveals ground has been broken on a new Four Seasons resort. The article mentions that when the 444 room resort opens in 2014 it will have three pools, tennis courts, a lazy river and a spa for guests to enjoy.
"Avatar" Land
A report by MSNBC.com reveals the hit film "Avatar" will be brought to life in Disney style. The article states that construction on an "Avatar" inspired land will begin sometime in 2013, and will add yet another element to the Disney vacation landscape.
Art of Animation
WDWInfo.com is reporting the first phase of the newest value resort, Disney's Art of Animation, will open for business at the end of May. It will be the 26th Disney Resort and will add around 2,000 rooms near the existing Pop Century resort. The Art of Animation resort will have four separate wings, each one inspired and decorated like a different Disney animated film.
