    Docner Software Starts Making Open Source Big Data Web Applications for Brazilian Customers

    1. Big Data technology removes the dependency on one central database; making it possible to use very cheap machines, license-free, in a reliable way. Instead of using one really big central server which must then also be very expensive to guarantee that it does not break down.


    2. Cloud services make it possible to use cluster capacity from any external provider and to increase and decrease that capacity overnight

    Docner Software is a Brazilian cloud software company producing BigData cloud software based on free open source libraries; to be precise: based on Hadoop and HBase.
