It’s no secret that the Duchess of Cambridge is something of an Alexander McQueen fan – she did wear a dress designer by the British luxe label on her wedding day, after all. And she’s worn creations from the high-end company a number of times since, including today. The 33-year-old royal stepped out in a festive number from the brand this morning, during a visit to the Anna Freud Centre in London.
The all-red dress is a piece that the mum-of-two’s worn before – most memorably on the royal barge during the Diamond Jubilee river pageant in 2012.

Featuring a pleated skirt and long sleeves, the colour-popping dress is a hit with celebrities and has also been worn by Kim Kardashian and singer Tulisa.
Today, Kate teamed the dress with her go-to black Mulberry clutch, skin colour tights, black suede heels and a pair of silver heart earrings.

The Duchess was all smiles at the event, held at one of the top institutes for children suffering from mental health issues. And today, the centre was celebrating the festive season and invited Kate along to join in the fun – marking her first public yuletide event of the season.
Photos show her playing with the children and getting involved in a music therapy session.
Duchess Kate also visit the centre in September, marking her first solo engagement since having Princess Charlotte.
