Dying Joey Feek Shares 'Lifetime of Love' with Daughter Indiana: I'm 'Feeling Broken Hearted and Blessed,' Writes Husband Rory

With little time left to live, Joey Feek is making the most of every second.

On Wednesday morning, Rory Feek, 50, shared an adorable photo of his wife Joey, 40, with their daughter Indiana, 23 months. “Feeling broken-hearted and blessed all at the same time this morning… watching my beautiful bride pour a lifetime of love into a few minutes a day,” Rory captioned the photo on Facebook.

The touching post shows little Indiana resting on her mother’s lap in a hospital bed – a familiar sight for Joey+Rory’s supporters who have followed the country and gospel duo’s final chapter together on social media and Rory’s personal blog This Life I Live.

Joey has been preparing her loved ones for her death as she spends her final days in her hometown of Alexandria, Indiana, Rory exclusively told PEOPLE last month.

“As Joey has had to learn to come to terms with what is happening to her body and what the future holds, it’s been important to her to share some things that she wants me and our girls to remember after she’s gone,” explained Rory, who noted Joey’s emphasis on tithing to their church.

Joey might not live to find out if they win the ACM and Grammy awards for which they were recently nominated, but Rory has made every effort to preserve his wife’s time with Indy in moving home videos.

“Without realizing I was doing it, God has allowed me to capture hours and hours of Joey and her life at home on the farm, raising Indiana and playing music,” he told PEOPLE. “I can’t help but believe that those clips will be an important part of keeping Joey’s memory alive in Indy’s heart.”
