Episode 25: 'It's like going from a family to being a single mom'

Josh and Jessica bought their dream house in Hawaii right after they were married. When Josh - who's actively deployed in the Navy got relocated to San Diego - the family rented out their Hawaiian home and to help pay their mortgage. But they were still losing money every month.

And then Jessica lost her job and their finances took an even worse turn. Their income was cut in half, and they're having trouble making their mortgage payments. If they get foreclosed on, it can ruin their credit, and possibly Josh's security clearance and job.

They are facing a life-changing decision. Selling their home in Hawaii might help them move forward, but they want your input.
