    ETA International is Gearing Up for Education Forum 2011

    ETA International continues to honor its commitment to provide world class knowledge and training to educators and technicians through its annual Education Forum.

    The ETA Education Forum is THE event for educators and technicians to come together and discover new trends in the industry, network, and attend world class presentations and training workshops led by some of the industry’s top experts. This year’s event is taking place October 20-22, 2011 at The Inn at DePauw & Event Center located in Greencastle, Indiana in the heart of the beautiful DePauw University campus.

    The 2011 Education Forum is already experiencing attendance numbers nearly double that of previous years. With topics such as Robotics Education, Fiber Optics, Smart Home Technology, and Creativity Thinking coupled with a full day of various Renewable Energy topics such as Smart Grid, Bio-Mass, and Hybrid Integration, it’s no wonder this year’s event is delivering such outstanding growth!

    Among the powerful new topics lined up for the 2011 Education Forum are two train-the-trainer workshops on the Electric Vehicle Technician Certification and the Motorola Site Installation Practices Workshop (R56). The two train-the-trainer workshops for the Electric Vehicle Technician: Electric Vehicle Drivetrain Specialist Curriculum Review and Hands On are creating a remarkable amount of interest. The seating capacity for these workshops is 25 each and filling up rapidly. The Electric Vehicle Drivetrain Specialist workshops will prepare an educator to lead students towards careers of the (not so distant) future. These workshops open the door for educators to bring their facilities to the next level in the automotive and renewable energy world. For the educator who truly wants their facility, career, and students to excel: these are NOT the workshops to miss!
