    Over the last 6 month it became obvious that mobile browsing was going to take over as the most common way that people would be accessing their web sites, so it was time to take advantage of this emerging technology to present the products and services of ETTSI.

    Like most companies, ETTSI frequently reviews the visitor statistics of their web sites. Over the last 6 month it became obvious that mobile browsing was eventually going to take over as the most common way that people would be accessing their web sites, so it was time to take advantage of this emerging technology to present the products and services of ETTSI.

    The mobile format seemed complicated at first with all the talk of the new HTML5 markup language and the complex code necessary to detect a mobile device from a PC, but after closely studying the options it turned out that this was not so much new technology as it was a throwback to a simpler time. While the mobile website did have to be designed from the ground up, the final product turned out to be a lot like the websites developed back at the beginning of the internet when we had small screens and limited bandwidth to consider. Once their developers got on to that concept, the site was fairly straight forward to create.
