Thanks for joining us, everyone! Hopefully we'll see some of you again tomorrow at 4, for our conversation with Microsoft's Major Nelson. Until then -- have a great rest of your day!

  • Jamin Warren, Kill Screen| 2:17 p.m. ET

Aww. Thanks guys. Thanks for having me!

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:17 p.m. ET

  • Chris Suellentrop, Yahoo!| 2:16 p.m. ET

Thanks, Jason. Go check out Kill Screen, everyone! They do some great work over there.

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:16 p.m. ET

    Any final thoughts, gents?

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:16 p.m. ET

And with that, I want to thank Chris Suellentrop and especially Jamin Warren of Kill Screen for joining us!

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:15 p.m. ET

You can read more about the Xbox One here:

  • Chris Suellentrop, Yahoo!| 2:13 p.m. ET

Oh yes, that's right. Come ask him questions, or have your voice heard about what you want to see. We'll see you tomorrow, then. And definitely come back Monday, June 10, for our live coverage of the Microsoft and Sony press conferences from E3.

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:12 p.m. ET

By the way: For those of you with questions, we will be hosting Larry Hryb aka Major Nelson in a Yahoo Live Chat tomorrow at 4PM!

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:12 p.m. ET

Yes, Chris, I agree with that -- we will definitely be tuning in to their E3 event.

  • Chris Suellentrop, Yahoo!| 2:12 p.m. ET

Well, if Microsoft wanted to make sure people still had something to get out of their E3 press conference in June, I think they succeeded mightily.

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:11 p.m. ET

Call of Duty :Ghosts will debut exclusively with Xbox One later this year, I believe

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:11 p.m. ET

The big news is seemingly that you don't have to switch inputs to watch Cable TV, which is nice...

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:11 p.m. ET

    Fishman: No.

  • Comment from Fishman| 2:11 p.m. ET

Sorry, I was kind of late. Will you be able to play Xbox 360 games on it?

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:10 p.m. ET

And no backwards compatibility with Xbox 360, due to the new architecture

  • Comment from Jason| 2:10 p.m. ET

Call of Duty stole the show

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:10 p.m. ET

  • Comment from ssgtjenslon| 2:08 p.m. ET

Wow, people get really grumpy about this, don't they. Enjoy the moment and let the hype build.

  • Comment from Ryan| 2:08 p.m. ET

It really focused on being an all in one unit while leaving out its primary function and strength....playing games with great graphics with your friends...

  • Comment from Jason| 2:08 p.m. ET

Call of Duty stole the show

  • Comment from Bob| 2:07 p.m. ET

you missed nothing. I wish i had the past twenty min of my life back

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:07 p.m. ET

Call of Duty was teased; Halo is becoming a live-action TV show produced by Steven Spielberg

  • Comment from Eric| 2:07 p.m. ET

So we have a new huge brick, with new technology, that will be release sometime in the future, at some price point, with some new features and new games...

  • Comment from urotsukidoji| 2:07 p.m. ET

I felt like I watched movie trailers, instead of actual gameplay.

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:07 p.m. ET

Summing it up: It's called the Xbox One. It will not be backwards compatible with Xbox 360 games, per a Microsoft exec. No price or release date yet announced, though it will be out by the end of the year.

  • Chris Suellentrop, Yahoo!| 2:07 p.m. ET

They should start playing the pregame music again. That had me salivating.

  • Comment from Luis| 2:06 p.m. ET

what did I miss? my boss kept hovering around my desk.

  • Jamin Warren, Kill Screen| 2:06 p.m. ET

Well, it depends! If you had never watched a livestream of someting like this, then , no , I don't think you'd be disappointed.

  • Chris Suellentrop, Yahoo!| 2:06 p.m. ET

We learned the name, and saw a picture--which is more than you can say for the PS4--but I still felt the PS4 presentation was more informative, as skimpy as it was.

  • Comment from Brogan| 2:06 p.m. ET

I don't think the teaser approach was such a good idea

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:05 p.m. ET

(Probably saving it for E3, but still.)

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:05 p.m. ET

I did find it a bit disappointing. It started out strong with new media features but they REALLY skimped on the games.

  • Chris Suellentrop, Yahoo!| 2:04 p.m. ET

Jamin, Jason: Did you guys find that as disappointing as I did? The whole presentation.

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:04 p.m. ET

    Well, that's all, apparently.

  • Chris Suellentrop, Yahoo!| 2:04 p.m. ET

OK, I want to play that.

  • Jamin Warren, Kill Screen| 2:04 p.m. ET

    And that's that!

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:03 p.m. ET

Uh oh: The Verge is reporting that Xbox One will NOT be backwards compatible with Xbox 360 games.

  • Comment from jay| 2:03 p.m. ET

it just said that it has been ten years, there is no way that dog could be ten years and still be running around doing all that stuff. and i doubt there is a facility that are training the dogs there. can some one say plot hole..

  • Comment from Ed Hands| 2:01 p.m. ET

    Call of Doodie: the backyard.

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:01 p.m. ET

  • Jason Gilbert, Yahoo News| 2:00 p.m. ET

    Call of Poochie: Woof!

  • Jamin Warren, Kill Screen| 2:00 p.m. ET

That dog has seen some things.

  • Chris Suellentrop, Yahoo!| 2:00 p.m. ET

The new Call of Duty game will be about circling your camera around dogs and mannequin heads.

  • Comment from Derrick| 2:00 p.m. ET

"This will be the best Call of Duty Game!" Isn't this what you said about every Call of Duty?

  • Comment from Donny| 1:59 p.m. ET

So PS4 or XBOX720 (or whatever they're called)?
