    Evergreen Realty Launches New Website to Challenge Real Estate Search Giants

    Evergreen's website allows visitors to search real estate listings across the California Regional MLS, one of the largest providers of listing information in the state, and displays search results in a clean, minimalist layout that allows for easy browsing and quick viewing of photos via a thumbnail gallery. Relevant properties are shown in a unique grid format rather than a list, a feature that places more listings above the fold for rapid viewing.

    The website features drag-and-reload Google Maps integration, which allows visitors to scroll through an embedded map on the search page and watch regional property listings load in real time. This functionality allows for an incredibly intuitive, user-friendly real estate search experience that is presently matched only by major sites like Redfin.com and Zillow.com.
