Now that summer in Miami is finally over, the cool and breezy fall weather will settle in (yeah, right) and several exciting new restaurants will make their debut. So, without further ado, here are 12 of Miami's most anticipated fall openings. They include a Spanish restaurant helmed by an El Bulli veteran, a new spot from local chef Pascal Oudin slated to open at the Village of Merrick Park and a cheesy eatery we've been looking forward to for over than a year.

Address: 1854 Bay Road, Miami Beach
The Players: Piyarat Arreeratn (aka Chef Bee)
The Situation: Oishi Thai chef Piyarat Arreeratn's new venture will take on Asian street (mainly Thai) food in a 3,700-square-foot "vintage Asian-style" space in Sunset Harbour.
Projected Opening: By year's end

Address: 80 SW 8th Street, Miami
The Players: Tony Gallo, Pietro Vardeu
The Situation: The team behind Sardinia Enoteca Ristorante are due to open a new Italian eatery called Moye (locations already exist in Milan and Florence) focused on cuisine inspired by the Puglia region.
Projected Opening: Early fall

Address: 4029 North Miami Avenue, Miami
The Players: Tony Gallo, Pietro Vardeu
The Situation: The same team that's opening Moye is also debuting a second Italian restaurant in the recently shuttered Egg & Dart space. This one showcasing the cuisine of Naples and the Amalfi Coast.
Projected Opening: Early fall, after Moye

Midtown Oyster Bar
Address: 3301 NE 2nd Street, Suite 103-1, Miami
The Players: Graspa Group, Angelo Masarin
The Situation: Graspa Group and the folks behind the popular Salumeria 104 are opening up a new place featuring a New England oyster bar menu with a touch of Mediterranean influences.

Brasserie Central
Address: Village of Merrick Park
The Players: Pascal Oudin
The Situation: Chef and owner of the acclaimed Pascal's on Ponce is opening a new restaurant, about which not much is known yet. Usually

Address: 4041 Collins Ave, Miami Beach
The Players: Michelle Bernstein, Karim Masri, Nicola Siervo
The Situation: After temporarily closing her beloved Michy's restaurant, Bernstein teamed up with KNR Hospitality's Karim Masri and Nicola Siervo. Together they will open Seagrape, a 267-seat casually elegant, Floridian brasserie located at Thompson Miami Beach.
Projected Opening: Late October

Address: 320 San Lorenzo Avenue, Miami
The Players: Najat Kaanache, Gus Abalo
The Situation: El Bulli veteran Najat Kaanache and restaurant partner Gus Abalo are bringing Miami a taste of Spain. Piripi, which roughly translates to "happy" or "tipsy, will serve homespun, authentic Spanish cuisine.

The Players: Arjun Wayney
The Situation: Zuma investor Arjun Wayney (also a behind spots like La Petite Maison and Roka) is importing his trendy London-based Coya to Brickell. Think Japanese meets a ton of Peruvian classics, and a stocked Pisco bar.

Brasserie Azur
Address: 3252 NE 1st Ave., Miami
The Players: Jean Philippe Bernard, Michael Martin, Bhanu Choudhrie
The Situation: The boys behind chic French restaurant Villa Azur are soon to open a new Mediterranean concept in the former Mercadito Midtown space. Brasserie Azur will be serving lunch and dinner, as well as holding traditional afternoon tea times.
Projected Opening: Late fall

Ms. Cheezious
Address: 7418 Biscayne Blvd.
The Players: M. Christian Dickens, Brian Mullins
The Situation: Though Ms. Cheezious ran into some massive delays (it was slated to open one year ago) the eatery is opening, and, really now, soon. The team's finally started working on the space where they'll soon serve up even more grilled cheese options than their truck, salads, breakfast options, craft beers, wines and deserts.

The Players:
Michael Mina
The Situation: Renowned chef Michael Mina's third restaurant in South Florida and second at the Fontainebleau (first being Michael Mina 74) will be a steakhouse located in the former Gotham Steak space, which is currently undergoing a complete renovation.

The Players: Masaharu Morimoto
The Situation: Finally Miami gets a little Masaharu Morimoto (we've been waiting a long time). The chef's opening up his namesake eatery at the Shelborne Wyndham Grand South Beach.
