If there's any reason to actually look forward to summer ending, it's this: Some of the most exciting restaurant openings of 2014 will happen over the next few months. Eater National already came out with their list of the 53 most anticipated fall openings across America. Now, it's time to focus on Seattle.

From Josh Henderson's sports bar (complete with a boozy slushy machine) to a fried chicken and waffles spot in Rainier Beach, there are plenty of places to add to your "where to eat" list. Here now, Eater Seattle's 14 buzziest fall openings, followed by a poll: Which restaurant are you most anticipating?

14.) Big Chickie
Location: Hillman City
Team: Matt and Sara Stubbs
Projected Opening: Looks like September
Right across from neighborhood coffee bar Tin Umbrella, Big Chickie is a "modern roadside chicken shack" serving Peruvian charcoal roasted pollo a la brasa alongside kale slaw and fries. All Eater coverage; Facebook

13.) Tavern Hall
Location: Bellevue
Team: Marc and Bret Chatalas (Cactus) James Weimann and Deming Maclise (Stoneburner, Von Trapp's, Bastille, Macleod's, Poquitos)
Projected Opening: Possibly the week of October 6
If co-owners James Weimann and Deming Maclise's other restaurants are any indication, Tavern Hall will be the most creative dining room in Bellevue. The almost 10,000-square-foot bar and restaurant includes church windows from Portland, lanterns from Coney Island, and the complete facade from an old New York State psychiatric hospital. 12.) Meat & Bread
Location: Capitol Hill

Projected Opening: TBA
While details about the Seattle outpost of Vancouver's Meat & Bread are few, an owner confirmed to team Eater earlier this month that the sandwich shop made famous by its porchetta sandwich is on track to open in the Central Agency Building next to Lark. All Eater coverage; website

11.) Nate's Wings & Waffles
Location: Rainier Beach
Team: Darren McGill (Happy Grillmore) and pro basketball player Nate Robinson
Projected Opening: Late September (fingers-crossed)
Rainier Beach is getting a fried chicken and waffle spot called Nate's, and chances are it will be filled with as many neighbors as people who drive, bike, or run to its front door to wait in line for plates of bacon rosemary waffles topped with fried chicken and coconut lime jalapeño wings. 10.) Hommage

9.) Chop Shop Cafe and Chop Shop Juice & Provisions
Location: Capitol Hill
Team: Ericka Burke (Volunteer Park Cafe, upcoming Canal Market)
Projected Opening: November
A pair of new projects from Ericka Burke in the new Chophouse Row building will feature sandwiches and salads for lunch and a produce-heavy dinner menu with 15 or 20 rotating items at Chop Shop Cafe & Bar. 8.) 7 Beef
Location: Central District
Team: Eric & Sophie Banh (Monsoon, Monsoon East, Ba Bar)
Projected Opening: Late Fall
News broke yesterday that 7 Beef, the next project from sibling chefs Eric and Sophie Banh, will open around the corner from their Ba Bar. In addition to classic steakhouse cuts, the 90-seat restaurant will serve a seven-course, traditional Vietnamese beef dinner. All Eater coverage

7.) The Lone Stranger
Location: Belltown
Team: Tom Douglas Restaurants
Projected Opening: Mid-October
Featuring tortillas made with help from a special corn grinder brought in from Los Angeles, The Lone Stranger is the latest from Mr. Tom Douglas. The Mexican concept in the Martin Apartments on Fifth and Lenora will seat around 40. All Eater coverage

6.) Manolin
Location: Fremont
Team: Rachel Johnson and Joe Sundberg
Projected Opening: Late September/Early October
Small plates, including ceviche and crudo, plus wood-fired whole fish are planned for Manolin, the seafood-centric spot from former The Walrus and the Carpenter general manager Joe Sundberg and The Whale Win's Rachel Johnson. 5.) Good Bar
Location: Pioneer Square
Team: Kamala Saxton and Roz Edison (Marination), Josh Kelly and wife Nancy
Projected Opening: Mid- to Late September
Good Bar is opening in a 114-year-old space in the Pacific Commercial Bank building next to Pizzeria Gabbiano and the upcoming Elm Coffee Roasters. Co-owner Josh Kelly tells Eater that the team is planning a very different concept with Good Bar than Marination: "No nunya or tacos, but the same commitment to great food, service and drink" with menu items priced between $3 and $12. 4.) Stateside
Location: Capitol Hill
Team: Eric Johnson
So far in his career, chef Eric Johnson has worked with Daniel Boulud in New York and opened Jean-Georges restaurants in Paris and Shanghai. But family in the Northwest brought Johnson to Seattle; he's on track to open his French-Vietnamese concept at 300 E Pike near Victrola by the end of November. All Eater coverage

3.) Lark, Bitter/Raw, Slab Sandwich + Pie
Location: Capitol Hill
Team: John Sundstrom and wife JM Enos, Kelly Ronan
Projected Opening: October
After focusing on the excellent Lark for almost a decade, chef John Sundstrom is going big: He's moving Lark to the Central Agency Building, adding more seats and reimagining the menu. The chef is also opening the bar Bitter/Raw on the space's mezzanine that serves oysters, crudo, sashimi, shellfish, amaros, and aperetifs. 2.) Quality Athletics
Location: Pioneer Square
Team: Josh Henderson's Huxley Wallace Collective
Projected Opening: September 4
Josh Henderson's Huxley Wallace Collective is putting the final touches on Quality Athletics, the chef's take on a sports bar. The Pioneer Square spot in the Stadium Place building will be stuffed with flat screens like other nearby watering holes, but that's where the comparisons will end. Executive Chef Seth Richardson is serving a menu centered around a large wood-fired grill and rotisserie. There's a back bar with AstroTurf, outdoor fire pits, and a rooftop garden. Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi's new food fourplex will be split into some excellent moving parts: 1. A Korean barbecue restaurant with built-in grills at many tables. 2.
