Fasten Your Seatbelts, Kendall Jenner Has Hit The Chanel Airlines Runway

It’s the Fashion Week show we’ve all been waiting for – Chanel.
The infamous fashion house unveiled its SS16 collection in Paris this morning complete with a show-stopping set modelled on an airport, Kendall Jenner on the runway and Cara Delelvingne on the FROW.
As expected, it was pretty epic.

Sadly, the same can’t be said for the fashion. All of the amazing airline-esque sets in the world couldn’t cover up the bizarre mix of looks modelled on the catwalk.
We’re all for welcoming new fashion designs, but Karl Lagerfeld presented a weird mix of futuristic elements fused with tweed, hairbands, clumpy flat sandals and plaid prints.
Kendall modelled two very different looks – one featured a midi leather skirt over matching trousers paired with a classic Chanel jacket (as well as a strange blue strip of make-up across her eyes) and another was a blue pattered skirt suit teamed with a pair of oversized orange sunglasses.
Not our idea of ideal flight outfits – unless you’re flying Chanel Airlines to the moon.

Cara Delevingne sat on the front row this season, instead of walking alongside Kendall in the presentation. And the 23-year-old Londoner, sat with girlfriend St Vincent, arguably looked a lot better than the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star.
Wearing a short black dress and a bright blue hooded and cropped jacket, Cara finished her ensemble with a pair of white socks and black Mary Janes.

Lewis Hamilton was also at the high-profile event, clad in a wide-rimmed hat, round sunglasses and a navy coat with a green trim.
Lewis wasn’t the only sporting pro in attendance – Maria Sharapova looked lovely in a mini length patterned dress and a big 70s hat.
Kris Jenner and boyfriend Corey Gamble were also at the show, as was actress Vanessa Paradis along with Lily Rose, her daughter with Johnny Depp.
