    Fayetteville Company Sets New Course

    Digital Relativity launches as a full-service digital marketing firm.

    Digital Relativity (http://www.digitalrelativity.com) has been working with clients for a long time, but you may know it by a different name. The company evolved out of another firm, Matterhorn Marketing Solutions, that primarily focused on website design and search engine optimization.

    Pat Strader, Matterhorn's founder, determined that it was time for the company to morph into something more comprehensive and all-encompassing of today's marketing practices and solutions. That's when the idea of Digital Relativity was born.

    The company now offers an expanded range of services in addition to search and design, including content strategy, social media strategy, mobile marketing, application development, and digital marketing measurement. They've helped implement strategies for Bridge Day, the Southern West Virginia Convention and Visitors Bureau, Adventures on the Gorge, and Pies & Pints, amongst others.

    Strader says that the company's ability to recognize and solve marketing problems is what makes it different. "Our team is made up of creative, driven individuals working collectively to bring a vision to life. We consider ourselves to be media agnostic; that is, we're going to recommend the best solution to our partners, whether digital is a part of that solution or not."

    One solution that is becoming more of a necessity for companies is mobile marketing. Justin Ferrell, a developer with Digital Relativity, sums it up. "Customers aren't sitting in front of TVs and computers the way they used to. They're on the move. What's in their pocket every time they leave the house? Their cell phone, and that's why companies need to be in that space. It's persistent, and builds a personal connection."
