Film trailer: 'The Dictator' with Sacha Baron Cohen

A second trailer for Sacha Baron Cohen's The Dictator was released March 27 featuring new footage about his latest character, a megalomaniac despot run amok in America.

The satirical comedy reveals the storyline, featuring footage with John C. Reilly (Carnage) as a government agent who thwarts The Dictator's attempt to address the United Nations.

Anna Faris (Alvin & the Chipmunks) plays a grocery store clerk who comes to his aid, helping him out as General Aladeen runs loose in New York City unrecognized.

The last scene includes a Borat-style send-up of clichés, playing on fears of stereotypes.

Also starring Ben Kingsley (Hugo) and Megan Fox (Transformers), the film is directed by Larry Charles, who also directed Borat and Bruno.

The Dictator opens on May 10-11 in Australia, Turkey, Hong Kong and North America, and rolls out May 16-18 in Russia, Singapore, the UK and European markets, followed by Brazil, Italy and France in June.
