Boston Government Services adds Graddy as Chief Strategy Officer

Boston Government Services LLC has added Darrell Graddy as chief strategy officer.

Graddy joins the firm from Leidos, an international company where he spent eight years focused on strategic planning, execution, new business development capture plans, and program management execution. Before Leidos he spent more than 30 years with Lockheed Martin in various leadership roles.

Graddy previously served as the CNS Mission Support Operations senior vice president with management and budget responsibility for a 3,500-employee workforce across the Y-12 and Pantex NNSA production sites, a BGS news release said.

“Darrell has been a strategic and operational leader across the government and private sector for more than three decades. He has deep industry knowledge, relationships, and insights to inform our strategy and direction to underpin our strategic growth,” founder and CEO Harry Boston said in the release. “Simply put, Graddy can make a difference.”

“I’m excited to join BGS and appreciate their vision for the future and the quality work they are well known for completing,” said Graddy. “I believe BGS can both grow in their present sectors and find even more where they can successfully compete.”

BGS was founded in 2007 and employs 300 engineers, scientists, and technical professionals across the nation. It has been ranked as a Top 50 Department of Energy contractor. BGS is a Bernhard Capital Partners portfolio company.
