MANITOWOC — A.C.E. Building Service won a 2023 high-performance award at the annual Butler Building Meeting in San Antonio recently.

The Lakeshore-based provider of commercial and industrial construction services was given the award by Butler Manufacturing because the builder exceeded annual territory sales goals and demonstrated superior skill in selling Butler buildings, according to a news release.

A.C.E. Building was also honored for its 50th year of collaborating with Butler Manufacturing and its cumulative Butler sales of $35 million.

“Receiving a high performance award is always a proud moment for our team,” said Chris Herzog, A.C.E. Building Service president, in a news release. “It highlights our commitment to integrating local construction expertise with top-tier building solutions, catering to the needs of our industrial and commercial clients.”

Butler Manufacturing is a top global producer of custom building systems and solutions with more than 1,400 affiliated builders nationwide. Since 1973, A.C.E. Building Service has been northeastern Wisconsin’s authorized Butler Builder.

“We appreciate the opportunity Butler provides by bringing industry partners together to educate the builder network on the latest solutions and technologies available for our clients,” Herzog said in the release.

The recent Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry building expansion was one of the company’s recent builds incorporating Butler’s advanced structures, he noted.

Earlier this year, A.C.E. also earned recognition at the Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin’s 2023 Projects of Distinction Awards program for its work on the new corporate headquarters for Dramm Corporation and the manufacturing expansion at Kaysun Corporation.
