Football: Netherlands beaten by Czech Republic

World Cup third-placed finished the Netherlands have opened their Euro 2016 qualifying campaign with defeat.

They've gone down 2-1 away to the Czech Republic.

The visitors trailed by a goal at halftime, before equalising after the break through new Manchester United signing Daley Blind .

But the Czechs scored an injury time winner through Vaclav Pilar to seal the win.

Italy's scored a 2-nil win away to Norway, while Croatia's beaten a 10man Malta 2-nil.
