For instance, why is he supporting Romney? "It's actually a funny story," says Rice. "I lost a basketball game." Rice's answers appeared to annoy host Gretchen Carlson, who wisely concluded that Rice was "not totally serious" about the interview. Carlson ends the segment by saying that she was going to give Rice another chance "when he's ready to do the interview."
