    Fremont Micro Devices Appoints CTC & Millennium as Sales Representatives

    Companies with specialized skills have been named to represent the Fremont Micro Devices Integrated Circuit lines. FMD affirms its strategic initiative to provide customers with local design and engineering support.

    Fremont Micro Devices USA Inc., a global leader in the design and manufacture of Serial EEPROM and energy efficient power management integrated circuit products, today announced that CTC Associates Inc. and Millennium Sales Inc. have been named to represent the Fremont Micro Devices Integrated Circuit lines in specific North American territories. With the latest addition to the FMD North America sales network, the Company continues to affirm its strategic initiative to provide customers with local design and engineering support, and easy access to their broad offering of semiconductor solutions.

    Under the terms of the agreement, CTC Associates sales territory includes Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Millennium Sales territory includes Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas plus Mexico. The Companies will sell and support Fremont Micro Devices Non-Volatile Memory integrated circuit line and the power management product portfolio of linear and switching regulators, AC/DC controllers and LED driver solutions to OEM’s in a wide range of industrial, commercial and consumer markets. The two sales representative Companies are responsible for providing hands-on field support to key accounts, and effectively promoting FMD’s custom memory capability.
