Gabbert returns as Jaguars starting quarterback

Jacksonville Jaguars coach Gus Bradley announced Monday that Blaine Gabbert will be the Jaguars' starting quarterback on Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts after missing the past two games with a hand laceration.

"We feel good about him going into this week," Bradley said, according to NGL.com.

Gabbert was injured in the season opener, and he was replaced in the past two game by Chad Henne, who was 43-for-76 passing for 476 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in losses to the Oakland Raiders and Seattle Seahawks.

Those numbers are better than ones put up by Gabbert in his only start this season for winless Jacksonville. Gabbert, the 10th overall pick in the 2011 draft, was just 16-for-35 for 121 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions in a 28-2 loss to Kansas City.
