    The Gambia's property boom continues...how TAF Gambia is working to generate growth

    Taf Gambia, a leading property developer, has announced its continued investment into the country's property market, with the ongoing construction of a new shopping mall. The work of Taf Gambia, and its CEO Mr Mustapha Njie, has underpinned the growth of Gambia's property market with developments such as the Yarambamba Housing Estate and Brufut Gardens. The company is dedicated to creating affordable homes for both local Gambians and overseas investors.

    The Gambia's property sector is currently undergoing a boom period. New properties are being snapped up and demand is high, according to TAF Gambia, the country's leading property developer and consultant. TAF Gambia is continuing to invest in the real estate sector with the completion of Brufut Gardens, an £18 million development covering 3, 700,000 square metres.

    Mr Mustapha Njie, CEO of Taf Holdings Ltd, which owns Taf Gambia, is passionate about his country and its continued growth: "Taf Holdings is committed to the creation of comfortable, affordable homes, both for the Gambian people and overseas investors. We're incredibly proud of our flagship development, Brufut Gardens, and are pleased to confirm our continued investment in the complex throughout 2012."

    Mustapha Njie is one of The Gambia's most respected entrepreneurs, and is regarded as a leading expert in the property sector. He is the driving force behind 'Operation House the Nation', a project devised to give Gambian people an opportunity to own their own homes. The project began with the Yarambamba Housing Estate, which has more than two hundred affordable two and three bedroom homes and was completed in 2004.

    With his next development, Brufut Gardens, Mustapha Njie sealed Taf Gambia's reputation as the country's leading property company. Taf Gambia offers a variety of properties for rent and for sale, ranging from self-contained apartments to large family homes, all set in a secure, well-maintained complex. 2012 will see the completion of a retail and leisure complex, offering a variety of high quality shops and restaurants.

    When asked whether he was confident in the future of The Gambia's property sector, Mustapha Njie was extremely positive; "I have no doubt that Gambia's property market has a bright future and I'm proud that Taf Gambia is a part of it. I will continue to do all I can to bring growth and prosperity to The Gambia."
