Kirsten's real life pregnancy will not be written into the show, a rep for "GH" told Access.

The couple's baby -- a girl -- is due in January, Brandon told People.

"It's been the most amazing couple of months of our lives," he told the mag of their June wedding and their baby news.

"We kept things quiet because of everything that can go wrong during the first trimester," he added. "Kirsten did have a rocky [time] and we were in and out of the hospital."

Asked on Twitter if Bradford Anderson, who plays Spinelli, the father of Maxie's "GH" baby, will be an "honorary Uncle" for her own child with Brandon, Kirsten Tweeted, "of course."

Brandon responded to the question by Tweeting, "DUH!"
