Germany's Merkel to attend Ukraine talks in Minsk-sources

BERLIN (Reuters) - German Chancellor Angela Merkel will travel to Minsk later on Wednesday to take part in a four-way summit aimed at resolving the Ukraine crisis, two government sources confirmed to Reuters. Earlier on Wednesday the Kremlin's press service said Russian President Vladimir Putin would take part in talks in the Belarusian capital with the leaders of Ukraine, France and Germany.
