‘Ghost Recon Wildlands’ trailer shows off the game’s massive open world

Much like the characters featured in the game itself, Ghost Recon Wildlands has been surprisingly hard to find over the past several months. After being unveiled at Ubisoft's E3 press conference last year, Wildlands immediately went into hiding, with nary a screenshot or a trailer to be found.

In fact, I'd nearly forgotten the game even existed. Until today.

In a brand new trailer released on Thursday, Ubisoft showcases the game's huge map and the countless violent activities players will participate in once they arrive. Although the exact specifications of the map are still unknown, Ubisoft claims that Wildlands is going to be one of the biggest open worlds ever created.

But size isn't everything. Ubisoft also claims that the world will be reactive to your choices, giving you the ability to shape Bolivia as you see fit.

Wildlands also suits multiple play styles, supporting both those who want to sneak around and complete missions unnoticed and those who want to go in guns blazing, leaving blood and bullets behind after every encounter.

With dozens of weapons to choose from, over 60 air, land and sea vehicles to operate and a huge open world to explore, Ghost Recon Wildlands is easily one of my most anticipated games of 2016. Ubisoft should have plenty more to say about the game at their E3 press conference on June 13th at 10AM ET.
