New York Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul returned to practice Friday after sitting out Wednesday and Thursday because of a shoulder injury.
The Newark Star-Ledger reported that Pierre-Paul practiced lightly as the Giants prepare to play the visiting Green Bay Packers on Sunday.
Pierre-Paul only has 23 tackles and two sacks in nine games this season.
The Giants' defense has stepped up lately in the team's three-game win streak, and has eight sacks in the past two games.
