    Global Marketing Resources Announces Partnership with Indian Nonprofit Akshaya Patra

    California website design, maintenance and marketing firm GMR Web Team has pledged to donate 50 hours of work each month to Indian charity Akshaya Patra to help them with CSR policy, search engine optimization (SEO) and social media marketing (SMM).

    GMR Web Team, a leading California web design, maintenance and marketing company, has just announced its partnership with Akshaya Patra, an India based charity that provides school lunches to over 1.3 million underprivileged children in the country. In its campaign, GMR Web Team has pledged to donate 50 hours each month to help Akshaya Patra create an integrated CSR policy, improve its rankings with search engines, design and implement its overall Internet strategy and help further organize and establish itself on the social web. The campaign will start in 2012 and its mission is to increase the scope, reach, influence and incoming donations for the charity.

    GMR Web Team is excited about the opportunity to work with such an honorable charitable organization and is putting the wheels in motion to execute a very successful campaign. Since then they have reached out to over 1.3 million children in more than 8 states in India. They have made education the main priority after their food program, as with other obstacles education is given the least importance. With their mission to reach out to 5 million children by 2020, they are well on their way to achieving that.
