    GNAX Brings Open Source Apps to the Cloud with BitNami

    GNAX has selected BitNami to provide GNAX Cloud users with a tested, ready-to-run library of over 25 popular open source applications.

    BitNami, developer of the BitNami Application Library, and Global Net Access (GNAX), a leading technology infrastructure service provider, announced today that the BitNami library of applications is now available for one-click deployment to the GNAX Cloud.

    The GNAX Cloud is an enterprise-grade multi-tenant cloud computing solution, powered by VMware vCloud® Director™. It allows customers to manage an entire virtual infrastructure through a simple web interface, maximizing resource utilization while enhancing the security, reliability and flexibility of enterprise IT infrastructure. The addition of the BitNami library of application images extends the platform to allow users to deploy popular open source applications to the cloud in one-click and provides GNAX with a significant competitive advantage in an increasingly crowded market.

These application images will be available at no additional cost to GNAX customers and regular updates will be released so customers always have access to the latest versions of applications in the library.
