    Google Web Fonts Now Available in the Extensis Web Font Plug-in for Adobe Photoshop

    Extensis Web Font Plug-in now provides web designers free access to web fonts from WebINK and Google Web Fonts.

    Integrating web fonts at all points throughout the creative workflow has been a challenge for many web designers. Today, Extensis closes the web font gap in the traditional web design workflow by adding Google Web Fonts to their Web Font Plug-in for Adobe Photoshop.

    From extensive surveys of web designers, Extensis has identified that the vast majority of designers begin the website design process in Adobe Photoshop. Initial Photoshop mock-ups require a desktop version of their web fonts. The Web Font Plug-in now puts web fonts at their fingertips through a new panel in the application.

    Extensis’ Web Font Plug-in already provides web designers with free access to thousands of WebINK web fonts, and now adds convenient access to hundreds of fonts from Google Web Fonts.

    The Plug-in provides free access to use WebINK and Google Web Fonts in website design mock-ups.

    WebINK fonts are available for use from the Web Font Plug-in, and include thousands of high-quality fonts from foundries like Dalton Maag, Mostardesign and Paratype.

    Available today, the Web Font Plug-in now includes many popular open-source font families from Google Web Fonts, including Lobster, Droid Sans and Ubuntu.
