Grains futures mostly fall, livestock prices mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain prices mostly fell Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery fell 8.50 cents to $8.37 a bushel; December corn fell 7.50 cents to $7.1375 a bushel; December oats were unchanged at $3.6450 a bushel; while January soybeans dropped 26.50 cents to $13.7550 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle fell 0.05 cent to $1.2555 a pound; January feeder cattle rose 0.05 cent to $1.4520 a pound; while December lean hogs rose 0.18 cent to 80.25 cents a pound.
