ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Memphis coach David Joerger says Spanish center Marc Gasol will have his left knee evaluated after he re-aggravated an injury in the Grizzlies' victory over the Magic on Wednesday.

Gasol limped off with 6:24 left to play in the third quarter. The Grizzlies hung on without him and beat Orlando 86-81.

Gasol didn't appear to be in a lot of pain and Joerger said afterward that he is optimistic.

"I'm really proud of our first half of the season, and then to come out and lose Marc for a little bit — hopefully not a lot. We'll take a look at it tomorrow," Joerger said.
