Our busiest time of year just wrapped up, but we are rolling out improvements to ensure that the 2012 Halloween season is just as big, if not bigger."

    These improvements include the addition of 2,000 more costumes to the site's inventory. "Kids costumes change all the time," Nadzharyan said. "Adult costume options tend to be very similar year-to-year, like a cop costume for instance, but we have to keep the children's costume inventory fresh. There are always new additions."    

    HalloweenCostumeDepot.com also plans to offer quicker processing times, higher security for online shoppers and multiple payment and shipping methods. Processing time will be reduced from 48 hours to 24 hours. Overnight and Saturday delivery options will also be made available, so if you have an emergency need for a Star Wars costume, you can get one delivered right to your door in less than a day. The addition of PayPal and Google checkout payment options will help ensure a quick transaction.

    "We've received a ton of feedback from our customers this season. Over the next six months, we will be incorporating this feedback and creating an improved shopping experience on the site," Nadzharyan said. "Next season, customers will be able to view 360 degree videos for many costumes, refine their search results and take advantage of discounts, contests and our 110% price guarantee."

    Discounts will be available for customers who order over $65 in costumes and accessories. Leading up to Halloween 2012, the site will host numerous contests where customers can submit costume photos for a chance to win up to $200 towards the purchase of new costumes and accessories.

    "We are excited with the success that we experienced this past Halloween season," Nadzharyan said, "but we want to keep pushing forward. With the improvements that we have planned, we're hopeful that our site will be the number one online option for Halloween costumes in 2012."
