Atop the tony Buckhood nabe, the penthouse spans 4,325 square feet on the top floor of the Terminus Building and features three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Listed for $2.18 million, and on the market for three months, the pad includes one of the city’s best terraces for taking in the sunset and skyline.
