Here's How To Turn All That Snow Into Ice Cream

From Delish

If blizzards totally kill your vibe (I feel ya), then this new snow hack is going to change everything you thought you felt about winter storms. Apparently, you can make ice cream out of snow, which just made the fact that you have to shovel your driveway a billion times more practical. I mean, you could make a crap load of ice cream out of all that powder-but we still have plenty of questions (and also, legit concerns).

Blogger Emily Johnson on Lucky Peach showed us the borderline genius trick to turn all that freshly fallen snow into something way more delicious by mixing snow with sweetened condensed milk, salt, and vanilla. However, this method does raise some sanitary red flags. I mean, if you live in New York City, then you are well aware that white snow is a rarity, and I'm not totally down with smog-infested frozen desserts. But I mean, if you can catch it when it's freshly fallen (like, before it even hits the ground), then it might be a pretty cool trick. Or you could just douse your snow ice cream with plenty of hot fudge, caramel sauce, or one of our next-level sundae toppings, and maybe the bus fumes taste won't be as strong?

Just avoid yellow snow at all costs, ladies and gents.
