Hey Undocumented Immigrants, Rep. King Is on to You and Your Marijuana Workout
There are some immigrants who were brought here without a say: Hard-working kids whose parents crossed the border without documentation. But for every one of the so-called DREAMers, there are plenty of unsavory characters who come along, too, says Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa (emphasis added):
"For everyone who's a valedictorian, there's another 100 out there that weigh 130 pounds and they've got calves the size of cantaloupes because they're hauling 75 pounds of marijuana across the desert," he continued. "Those people would be legalized with the same act."
Calves. The size. Of. Cantaloupes. In a country where one in three adults is obese, some might argue that the pot workout isn't such a terrible idea.
