    A Dallas firefighter leaving work found a dead baby by the front step of the firehouse. Officials say the fetus was found Sunday morning wrapped in a blouse and placed in a CVS pharmacy bag. Police say the boy looked to be clean and cared for. Texas' Baby Moses law allows parents to leave their infants at designated locations, including fire stations.
