I’m A Celebrity 2015: Hollyoaks Star Stephanie Davis Is Set To Shake Things Up In the Jungle
Ex-Hollyoaks star Stephanie Davis, whose contract was terminated this year, is set to be stepping out of the soapbox and into the jungle as she reportedly signs up for the new series of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
The television star hit the headlines over the summer after she was kicked off the Channel 4 soap, following a six-year stint playing Sinead O’Conner.
A spokesperson commented at the time: “Stephanie’s contract was terminated following warnings for lateness, attendance and after a final incident in which she turned up to the set unfit to work because of alcohol consumption.”

The brunette beauty admitted that things had been getting out of control, revealing: “I will hold my hands up and admit I’ve been drinking too much… Typically, I’d share a bottle of prosecco with my friends, then I’d move on to vodka, lime and lemonades. I’d end the night with a few shots of tequila.” Well, one thing is for sure, there won’t be a prosecco in sight in the jungle!
Steph is reportedly keen to re-brand herself and allow the public to get to know the person behind the stories, as she hopes to pursue her dream of a singing career.
The 22-year old actress had previously been tipped for Celebrity Big Brother but it seems that she has her choice of the reality television shows, as an insider revealed to The Mirror: “Stephanie is hot property and the reality shows have all been desperate to sign her up since her sacking as they know she is mouthy and prone to crazy antics.” At least she should be game for eating a witchetty grub or two!

The source added that Steph is also “keen to prove herself and wants viewers to see her stronger side taking part in the jungle challenges and interacting with the other contestants.”
“She knows I’m A Celeb won’t be easy, but thinks the experience will be positive overall.”
Her rumoured camp mates include Made In Chelsea’s Spencer Matthews, television actress Leslie Ash, British model Keeley Hazell and television chef Rustie Lee.
