Minnesota, home of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, is also the land of two local incentives, alongside a statewide “Snowbate” incentive. The North Star State also lures filmmaking with its legendary Mall of America; rugged, timbered wilderness; Guthrie Theater; and an assortment of natural and urban landscapes.
