    Understanding and applying innovation (the process of Innovation Management) is a critical success driver in today's manufacturing environment. However, despite the fact that Australia leads the world in rates of pure and applied research, it still lags behind in levels of commercialised technological output.

    This disconnect is what prompted the innovation specialists at the Advanced Manufacturing Co-Operative Research Centre (AMCRC) to create a first of its kind innovation management training program they’ve dubbed ‘Innovativity’. Dr. Steven Trpkovski, Program Leader of Innovativity, outlined the goal of the training: “We aim to measurably increase the number of companies that are successful in taking their ideas to global manufacturing markets through more deliberate innovation. We aim to help our clients achieve the level of success of a Cochlear or a Resmed.”

    Introducing Innovativity – Australian Manufacturers’ New Innovation Management Training Program

    Innovativity is a comprehensive innovation management training program delivered by leading innovation experts from Australian industry. This hands-on training program is designed to help manufacturing start-ups through to large organisations more effectively manage the innovation process and achieve breakthrough commercial success.
