Investigator headed to site of Pennsylvania crude oil train accident

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A federal investigator was headed to the scene of the derailment of a Norfolk Southern Corp train carrying crude oil in western Pennsylvania, the Federal Railroad Administration said on Thursday. "Once on the scene, the Federal Railroad Administration will conduct a thorough investigation to identify the root cause of the accident," said agency spokesman Kevin Thompson.
