New iPad Coming to China July 20

Apple's latest iPad model will become available in China on Friday, July 20, the company has announced.

The iPad, which in its latest iteration lost the version number and is referred to simply as the "new iPad," will be available in China through the and select Apple Authorized Resellers.

Users will also be able to get an iPad via reservation from Apple retail stores, with reservation requests being accepted daily from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. beginning Thursday, July 19 for pick up the following day.

The new iPad sports a high definition Retina display, Apple's A5X quad-core graphics chip, and a 5-megapixel camera.
