Iraq faces more fighting to win Falluja: U.S. defense secretary

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Iraqi forces have retaken a portion, but not all, of Falluja, the Iraqi city longest held by Islamic State, U.S. Defense Secretary Ash Carter said on Friday.
