Islamic state claims Iraq car bomb blast that killed 80: statement

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Islamic State militants claimed responsibility for a suicide car bombing in Iraq that killed more than 80 people, including children, who were celebrating the end of the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan on Friday.
