Jack Osbourne Talks Ghost Hunting, His Daughter's Latest Milestone

Jack Osbourne is back on reality television with Syfy's "Haunted Highway," which sees the new dad and his pal, Dana Workman, checking out rumored paranormal sites in the U.S.

"I'd always been interested in the kind of paranormal and the unknown... and Syfy kind of approached me with an idea and it was pretty simple, 'We want to give you and a friend a camera and just send you off into these weird and wacky locations and see if you guys come up with anything,'" Jack told Access Hollywood on Monday of the pitch from the network. "I was like, 'OK.'"

While Dana gets the heebie jeebies at the slightest bit of wind, Jack said you won't see him ducking for cover on the show very easily.

"It takes a lot to get me scared," he said.

"We got some stuff that I can't explain," Jack added of their findings, which will be revealed over the course of the six-episode show. "I don't know how to put it. It's just weird."

The reality star was in good spirits as he spoke about his Syfy show, and he told Access, he is doing well with his multiple sclerosis, a condition he recently discovered he has.

"I'm alright. I think when you get news like, 'You have MS,' it's a bit of a buzz kill, but when you do a bit of research into it, you realize it's quite manageable as long as you take care of yourself," he said. "Having a new baby is forcing me to just focus on that and work, so it takes the sting away a little bit."

Jack was doing just that on Sunday, enjoying watching his newborn daughter, Pearl, reach a new milestone.

"She rolled over for the first time yesterday, so we're pretty excited about that," he said, with a grin. "So she's advanced. We read online most kids don't do it until 14 weeks, she did it at 10-and-a-half weeks... Expect big things from Pearl Osbourne."

    • Rick Perry Goes to War Against Connecticut

Rick Perry, the Texas governor and 2012 "oops" presidential candidate, is spending the beginning of this week in Connecticut. Perry, as the governor of Texas, has little on-its-face reason to be in Connecticut. Except, of course, for one: Texas's unemployment rate, which at 6.4 percent in April is significantly lower than the national average, is still not quite ideal. Perry wants to bring jobs to his state. And, as he sees it, some of those jobs could come from Connecticut.

In a preview of the many pronouncements to come on the floor of Congress as the House debates a legislative ban on all abortions after 20 weeks, allow us to introduce you to Rep. Michael Burgess (R-Texas), who believes that abortion should be banned earlier than the Supreme Court says it should because, in part, he knows fetuses feel pain. He knows this because he says he's seen male fetuses begin masturbating in the womb around 15 weeks into a pregnancy.

    • Miss Utah's Pageant Answer Is the Worst You've Ever Seen

The only time normal people seem to care about national beauty pageants is when one of the contestants messes up the question-and-answer round in the worst way possible. She is from Salt Lake City. And this is the full, cringe-worthy sequence you will be seeing a lot of this week:
