The Jacksonville Jaguars promoted wide receiver Jeremy Ebert form the practice squad to the active roster, cutting offensive guard Jacques McClendon.
Ebert was on the active roster against the Oakland Raiders, catching a five-yard pass.
He was cut earlier this week.
Aa seventh-round draft pick of New England last year who spent time on the Patriots’ practice squad, Ebert had 173 career receptions for 2,400 yards and 21 touchdowns at Northwestern.
