Japan PM Abe to hold news conference: government

TOKYO (Reuters) - Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will hold a news conference at 7:10 p.m. (5.10 a.m. EST) on Tuesday, the government said. Abe is expected to announce that he will delay a sales tax increase and call a snap election, a day after data showed the economy had fallen into recession.
